Over 400 global participants through the Merck Women's Leadership custom designed program in partnership with Cornell University, resulting in over 1000 Alumni in just 3 years, with consistent evaluation scores of 4.7 out of 5.0. This data represents Rob Parker's expert ability in coaching leaders and delivering transformational Executive Education. Rob oversaw the executive coaching, as well, served as an executive coach during the 4-month leadership journey. This program was a highly interactive journey to help our future female leaders to understand who they are as a leader, how to ready themselves for new opportunities as the map their career journey/ goals. Rob always has the participant at the heart of the coaching and delivery, complimented with his innate ability to pull together a dynamic, real world experienced and highly skilled team coaches.
